Gary Chen is a Senior Analyst in Yankee Group’s Enterprise Research group with an expertise in SME IT infrastructure and applications. Chen helps vendors and service providers understand how SMBs perceive, purchase and use technology and how to successfully market solutions to them. Chen focuses on small and medium business strategies. His specific areas of coverage include SMB IT infrastructure and business applications, with particular focuses on security, Linux/open source, VoIP, managed services, mobility, SaaS, web hosting, online marketing and e-commerce.
Chen has extensive first-hand experience and expertise in implementing and selling SMB technology solutions. Previously, he served as the Director of IT at a translation services company. He has also worked as a Director of Engineering at an e-mail applications and services company, overseeing software development, technical support, sales engineering and data center operations. Chen has consulted extensively at numerous SMBs, ranging from retail, to e-commerce, to technology and publishing, helping them understand and make crucial technology decisions.
Chen holds a B.S. degree from the University of Miami and completed the LEAP graduate program for computer systems engineering at Boston University.

As CompuCom's Chief Technology Officer, David Hall provides strategic leadership for supply chain logistics, advanced integration, software and consulting initiatives. Hall has more than 20 years experience in assessing, deploying, implementing and supporting IT technologies. In addition, Hall directs the company's ISO 9001-certified integration and distribution operations. Hall joined CompuCom in 1989 as a national consultant. He advanced through a variety of roles, including a Consulting Director for Enterprise Accounts, and Vice President of CompuCom's (PING) Product Integration and Networking Group, where he launched the company's expansion into network integration. Before joining CompuCom, Hall spent several years in various positions in the IT organizations of Chase Manhattan and NYNEX Business Systems. Flower believes “it’s about one face to the customer, but at the same time realizing that customers have many faces.” His team partners with business units to help customers select HP solutions in over 175 countries. His organization includes eCommerce (including HP’s online presence), Sales Tools, Customer & Partner Relationship Management, Order Management, Product Content and Data Management, and Knowledge & Intranet Management Organization. Flower also has IT executive alignment responsibilities for HP’s Personal Systems Group and Marketing function. Krishnan also works with development, QA and other teams to ensure projects ship on time and meet customer and business objectives. Krishnan is a product leader with more than 7 years experience building and shipping various products at Microsoft. He was previously the Program Manager for Anti-Spam at Hotmail and prior to that led teams that delivered services such as Live Meeting. Krishnan holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and a master's degree in Computer Science.
